Misterton Primary and Nursery School

“Learning together, Achieving together”

Harrison made a rocket in our construction area. He told us that rockets go to Space!

As a class we created a map of Misterton. We then placed The Everywhere Bear on the map to show the places he has visited with us.

The Everywhere Bear enjoys playing with the children in FSU. He went on the laptop and had a picnic!

“This is my Mummy.”

Having fun in our FSU outdoor area!

To celebrate Chinese New Year the children in FSU made their own lanterns.

The children in EYFS love exploring our maths area

Working together to make a beautiful mermaid pool

We have been reading The Three Little Pigs this week so Oliver decided to create his own house!

FSU have been talking about what makes us different. They learnt that it is OK to be different as we are all special and unique in our own way. They also spoke about how it is important to be nice to everyone. They then created individual handprints to make a flower.

The children in Foundation Stage had a great Autumn Term. They enjoyed a visit from Toby the tortoise and helped prepare his bed ready for hibernation. They also performed a fantastic Nativity performance. This term we will be focusing on Fairy Tales. We will also be continuing to learn about the different seasons. Foundation Stage really enjoy their 10min Science experiments and getting cosy in our lovely reading corner.
